This project documents a custom CoreXY 3D printer inspired by the Voron 2.4, built by repurposing parts from two Ender 3 machines. The goal was to create a high-performance printer using mostly reused components, combining the reliability of the Voron design with the affordability of salvaged Ender 3 hardware. Due to smaller build size and therefore smaller chamber size, Enderon is perfect for printing demanding materials, so there is an optional mod repurposing 2nd power supply as a source for 24V chamber heater (24V, 180-240W)
♻ Focus on Reuse
Rather than buying everything from scratch, this build is centered around repurposing Ender 3 parts, including:
- Stepper motors (suggested to buy 2 stepper motors (A/B motors))
- Power supplies (x1 - second power supply can be used in case of added chamber heater, but then both power supplies has to be thin ones - 30mm)
- Plugs, power on button and wiring (Ender 3 V2 power socket, Ender 3 V2 power switch)
- Motherboards (strongly suggested to have at least one motherboard with TMC2209 drivers)
- Ender screen (Ender 3 V2 screen is not supported by Klipper)
- Endstops (also for mechanical Z, where with some trick endstop PCB can be reused)
- Aluminum extrusions (required only 2040 extrusions for Z axis - in case of modification of Ender 3 - Y rail can be reused as Z axis extrusion. For higher versions of Ender 3 like Pro or V2 4040 extrusion was used which is not compatible with this project)
- Heated bed (is fully compatible although build size is only 200x200mm)
- Fan(s) - in case of Stealthburner toolhead 4010 axial fan can be reused, in case of Dragon Burner 2x 4010 blower fans
- Some screws and nuts
This approach not only saves money but gives new life to old machines.

BOM is being compiled to document what components need to be sourced.
Project contains printable deck panel, but there is required at least one ABS panel to cover electronics (with high voltage - 110/220V). DXF file called electronics_cover_panel is included in files.

~.3mf file prepared for BambuLab P1/X1 series 3D printer with all required parts.
If someone would like to print it from STL files, Voron requirements should be used for all parts.
