Supportstruktur ist erforderlich, sollte aber nicht bei jedem Überhang verwendet werden, da hier auch gewinde gedruckt wird und das Gewinde muss ohne Stützstruktur gedruckt werden. Die Stützstruktur ist nur für den seitlichen Durchgang das Kabels. Entsprechend wurde hier die Stützstruktur nur am seitlichen Durchgang platziert. Die Druckreihenfolge ist hier nicht die Schichtweise, sondern die Objektweise. Der Drucker druckt also erst die Dose und danach den Deckel, aber beides auf einer gemeinsamen Platte.

Das Profil nutzt 3 Wandlinien und 20 % Geradlinig-Füllung für eine gute Kombination aus Stabilität, Druckzeit und Materialverbrauch.Die Außenseiten von Deckel und Gehäuse wurden gezielt mit Fuzzy Skin versehen, um eine leicht strukturierte Oberfläche zu erzeugen. Dabei wurde bewusst darauf geachtet, dass weder die Gewinde noch die Innenflächen vom Fuzzy Skin betroffen sind, damit der Deckel sauber verschraubbar bleibt.Für den Druck wurden Modifier verwendet, um den Fuzzy Skin ausschließlich auf die sichtbaren Außenflächen zu begrenzen.Gedruckt wurden gleichzeitig:<ul><li>3 komplette Abzweigdosen</li><li>jeweils bestehend aus Gehäuse und Schraubdeckel</li></ul>Druckdaten:<ul><li>Gesamtdruckzeit: ca. 5 h 34 min</li><li>Modell-Druckzeit: ca. 5 h 26 min</li><li>Materialverbrauch: ca. 157,15 g Filament</li></ul>Gedruckt wurde hier mit weißem PETG. Hallo Zusammen,&nbsp;die zweiteilige Verteilerdose kann binnen zwei Stunden gedruckt werden.Sie kann mit ein oder zwei Schrauben  (oder bei Bedarf mehr) befestigt werden und es sind viel Löcher für die Verschraubung vorgesehen, sodass man möglichst viel Auswahl, um bspw. nicht in ein darüberliegendes Kabel zu bohren.Man schraubt erst die Dose an die Decke oder Wand, je nachdem, wo eben das Kabel rauskommt und führt das Kabel entsprechend durch die Dose. Im Nachgang kann man den Deckel draufschrauben. Man sieht dann eigentlich nicht mal mehr, dass die Box zweiteilig ist. Und die Box sieht sehr schick aus.
