Description

Looking for a more compact CyberBrick controller that's compatible with your builds? You just found it! 🤩

  • Compatible with a wide range of CyberBrick builds - with 7 different control configurations
    • Type 1: Dual axis joystick only
    • Type 2: Dual axis joystick and button
    • Type 3: Vertical single axis joystick and button
    • Type 4: Horizontal single axis joystick and button
    • Type 5: 2 buttons
    • Type 6: 4 buttons

  • Customisable

    • 40 different button designs - choose the buttons that are relevant to your builds
    • The face plates are interchangeable, so if you want to change your control configuration there's no need to reprint the body and battery cover - just print and change the faceplate

  • Simple
    • Easy to print - only the joysticks need (minimal) support
    • Easy to use - the battery pack is easy to access and remove, and the power switch is exposed at the back of the controller
    • No glue required!

  • Designed for single-handed use

More to come!

  • This is the first version of the Customisable Compact CyberBrick Controller
  • If you'd like to see more control configuration (within the confines of what can fit in the controller body) or have any feedback, let me know!

Printing and assembly

  • See the provided Printing & Assembly Instructions PDF which provides clear and detailed instructions

CyberBrick-specific information

  • Note that the included bill of materials includes all parts for all Controller types. If you're only printing one Controller type, refer to the provided printing and assembly instructions PDF for a breakdown of the part quantities that you need for each Controller type.

  • You don't need to download all of the JSON configuration files - just download the configuration file for the controller type that you want to print 😎

Great design and I can see this being way more friendly for younger kids, than the original. I will print it out and give it a test!
