Improved Pallet rack for Cyberbrick Forklift
Print Profile(1)

Description
DISCLAIMER: model will very likely require glue so don't complain that its loose!
Sometimes when I would try to get a pallet off of the official pallet rack, the forks of the forklift would hit the side and the pallet would be pushed off the back. Also, during the assembly of the forklift, the tolerances were a little too tight and the pieces wouldn't fit together properly. I have designed this model on Onshape, offering an easier assembly, and looser tolerances along with the shelves having ridges to hold the pallets better.
ASSEMBLY
1st take the parts that hold the pallets and identify which side goes up (the side with the ridges)
Then insert one of the small bits on the side into the HIGHER HOLE (not the bottom one) of a side part. If its loose, then use glue.

After that, put all the side parts on and make sure to attach it by the higher hole

then slide the pole like parts into the remaining holes (use glue if necessary)
then you are done assembling! 😀
