Description

This FPV system is designed to bolt into nearly any RC plane from flat foamy to balsa wood! This model is meant for the DJI Vista air unit, simply bolt it into the air unit holder and optionally insert a 30mm fan on top using the additional fan mount! Mounting the camera is just as easy, slide the camera through the hole you cut and slip it into the camera mount then pull back through so that the screw holes press againt your mounting surface. Its highly recommended that you use M4 countersunk bolts to stick through the mounting surface with oversized washers on the other side to avoid the nut (Nylocks recommended) ripping through the foam. These nuts just need to be snug not too tight or else you'll pull it through your foam or wood. Finally the antenna mount is designed to mount onto either a flat or curved surface, simply poke your M4 countersunk bolts through the foam and for curved surfaces use the underside bracket to avoid the screws spreading out. YOU MUST STILL USE NUTS EVEN WHEN USING THE UNDERSIDE BRACKET. After that, simply wire everything up and get it into the sky!

I'm confused. how is this for any plane? do you have any more pictures?

You can simply attach the parts to any Styrofoam plane pretty easily (balsa might require you to do some gluing). You do have to use some intuition for exact placement but if you have some experience with FPV it should be self explanatory. These parts are basically just universal mounts for a DJI camera, air unit, and antenna that can be attached straight to a plane.
