Expandable Plant Support
Simply and effectively an expandable plant support in a "trellis-like design" ;)
Simple yet effective, this small aid prevents various plants from bending or breaking
In my example, it supports heavy beefsteak tomatoes, as tying them to wooden stakes became too cumbersome for me. Additionally, you can very easily cut into the healthy green growth when doing so
Here you will find the complete kit:
- Ground stake
- Extension
- Connector
- Support arms
Please note:
Tolerances may arise depending on the printer and filament. The connectors for the rods are scaled precisely so that they are just barely pushable to ensure permanent hold. You may need to use a little dish soap during initial assembly.
Alternatively, you can or must slightly upscale the connectors (1-3%)
This way you can also alter the length of the extensions.
Support printing (tree) should be enabled.
