Power Rangers S.P.D. - Delta Blaster - Megazord Toy Gun Replacement
This is a 1:1 replica of the original Space Patrol Delta Squad Megazord Blaster for the original toy. I modeled it to match the original exactly, so it even fits into the green zord (runner) for storage like the original. The gun is different in the show but then it would not fit in the green zord for storage.
You can print it as a single piece or use the two-part version to separate the gun and light. I recommend silver or grey for the gun, and transparent red (PETG ideally) for the light. I used an acrylic marker to paint the tip red, yellow, and blue so it would be just like in the show. The light slides in and only needs a tiny dab of glue to hold it into place.
⚠️ Note: As this is a 1:1 replica, this model isn’t fully optimized for FDM printing. It needs quite a few supports, and post-processing will take some time. Be prepared to clean it up with a hobby or X-Acto knife, and some needle nose pliers will help too. Please take your time and be careful, it will totally worth it once it’s cleaned up.
