Visible Human Female Pelvis
Print Profile(2)

Description
Life size pelvis of the Visible Human Female that I segmented from a CT scan. Each innominate and the sacrum+coccyx were segmented separately (and solid) so they can be printed separately.
The parts have high detail with identifiable sex-indicative features such as the ventral arc, wide subpubic angle and a wide greater sciatic notch. Aging indicators of the pubic symphyseal faces are somewhat visible as well (donor was 59).
Great model for teaching pelvic anatomy, human osteology, forensic anthropology. These models are a more cleaned up printable version of the models used in this animation.
For my photos, I printed these at 0.20 mm layer height, 2 walls, and 8% grid infill but feel free to print with a smaller layer height using tree supports. Filament in the photos is Sunlu matte bone white PLA. I used poster putty to stick the bones together to show them in articulation.
I have also shared this model on Printables.
