Hi!
If you came across this project, it does probably mean that your headlight tilt adjustment is worn out or snapped as mine ;)
Both of my adjustment screws were snapped - they missed their gears and Allen inserts.
I designed quickly simple repair piece, which I will be calling OPTION I:

Just a simple Allen key insert to install superseding the broken piece. Note that you need to completely clean the broken bits.
It is designed to fit with 3x2mmDIA screws, for which you need to drill 3 holes. Concentricity is key.
Howewer as you can see - my screw has fallen out of the headlight completely - this is because the internal flange was broken and there was nothing to bring off…
That is why I needed to came up with OPTION II - this one I tested only for L-R tilt, but I am certain that they are common with Higher-Lower:

First, asseble the printed set (and deburr - make sure that mating surfaces for the retainer and O-RING are even and smooth) - insert M6 bolt, add O-RING, glue the “cap”. If you have your original screw completely out just install the repair set:
Very important - there is about 3mm space of even cyllindrical surface for O-RING to work - it will be visible. You must insert the repair screw as deep as O-RING meets its “destination”.
Only then, mark the position of retaining groove and drill 3mm holes for a 3mm retaining pin. Push pin in place and secure it with glue. That way the screw has nowhere to go - the only thing that moves is the bulb.

That's it! Both options work but i wish you luck with not needing to go with OPTION II ;).
