Citybug 107, C1, Aygo parcel shelf fixer
Print Profile(1)

Description
If you have a Peugeot 107, a Citroen C1 or a Toyota Aygo, the chances are that the parcel shelf often falls off when you open the tailgate. This is because the design is bad with a round peg going into a slotted hole. Well fret no more, this is a really simple fix. If you print this and then clip it around the hole on the string side of the parcel shelf, it will stop the string lifting the shelf off the peg when you open the tailgate. To remove the parcel shelf, simply lift the non-string side first then pull it off the string side peg.
Prints standing up with a brim. It also prints well without a brim but some people seem to have plate adhesion issues so a brim makes certain. I printed it in PLA but if you live somewhere super-hot, you may want to use PET-G or something else with better heat stability. That said, it's not under load, can't really be seen so a bit of warping will not be the end of the day.
Once printed, trim the brim off, remove your parcel shelf, clip this to the bottom of the strung side hole with the thinner end facing the rear of the car. Give it a good shove and you should feel and hear it click into place. You can slide it back and forth a bit if the alignment is not quite right but then it is solid. If you want to take it off again you will need to spring the two sides apart as it's a pretty firm fix.
I'd appreciate any comments and feedback to now if this is the sort of thing people want rather than dragons and super-hero masks. Obviously I'd love any boosts too.
