Modular Stackable Toolbox (toughbuilt)
Print Profile(8)

Description
- Hello everyone, this time I bring you a box that I spent 30 days completing, with design references from a major tool manufacturer like Top-Bidding. Welcome to download
Installation is simple and will be presented in picture form. Thank you all
Due to the large number of toolbox series models, more models will be updated in the future. Describing them as large boxes or medium boxes is too vague.
The current naming convention has been changed to T=Toolbox D=Drawer Box Z=Turnover Box L=Half Box.
For the suffix, S=with screw box liner.
The middle number is the box height.
For example, large boxes are renamed T15, and medium boxes are renamed T10. Thank you for your understanding.

Festool Lightweight Stackable Toolbox Series has been updated.

September 22 Update
- For friends with poor layer adhesion, the buckle's pivot point has been strengthened to prevent easy breakage
September 18 Update
Since all other boxes were modified from the T15 large box, T15 has become spaghetti code. Due to different download batches, friends who downloaded recently might encounter asymmetry on the left and right sides. This was my oversight, and I apologize for it. It has been modified and verified. I apologize again.
September 5 Update
- Some friends experienced the buckles being too short and loose. I have prepared extended buckle profiles for everyone. Please use shims as needed based on your situation. It is not recommended to make it too tight as this increases stress on the connecting rod and buckle, leading to a risk of breakage.

September 3 Update
- Some friends experienced the springs not being tight enough. I have added shim profiles, including sizes from 0.5mm to 3mm thick. Please add shims as needed.
Installation position is as follows

August 26 Update
- 1. Updated the BOM. It is recommended to choose 0.5x4x20 springs for greater reliability. The 0.3 springs were too soft in practice. I mentioned it in the video but forgot to update it here, and I apologize for affecting your experience.
August 23 Update
- 1. Released a 300 large-size large toolbox for trial. Compatible with some H2D and Creality machines.
- 2. I have tried my best to reduce the weight, but it can no longer be reduced. The weight has reached 1400 grams.
- 3. Since the 300 size caters to a smaller audience, please do not hesitate to use your boost vouchers. If more people print, I will consider releasing other boxes.
- 4. Since I do not have a large-sized machine or H2D, there are tolerance and assembly issues that I am unable to resolve. Friends with hands-on skills are requested to use grinding tools to modify the assembly. Malicious negative reviews will result in me directly delisting the model.
- 5. Last time, someone in the group asked me to draw something. I thought it was simple and didn't charge them. They offered to boost me, but in the end, there wasn't even a thank you, let alone a boost. I believe you all are not like that. I spent two and a half hours, and it is now 4 AM, modifying this box. I still have to work tomorrow, and I don't want my efforts to be unappreciated. Thank you for your support. In return for your support, I will try my best to meet your needs. Please don't let me down again. Thank you all.
August 22 Update
- 1. Added the new T10 toolbox.
- 2. Added a hollowed-out version of the buckle, giving it a more futuristic feel.
- 3. Provided a new color scheme: the main body uses Xiaobei coffee gold metallic, the perforated version uses Xiaobei PETGCF, and the rest is Xiaobei Black Panther black. If you like it, you can purchase and print it.

August 19 Update
- 1. Drawer box has been updated.
- 2. Added a new half-drawer box series.
- 3. Replaced the top plates of the old large and medium boxes to fit the old chassis and new half boxes.
August 16 Update
1. The large box has been updated to a support-free version to prevent support breakage issues for A1 users. The three handles have been replaced. Pay attention to the installation direction. Old version handles are no longer compatible.
2. Updated the chassis structure of all boxes for smoother operation.
3. The large single buckle for large and medium boxes has been optimized for smoother assembly.
August 15 Update. A new top cover will be released soon, compatible with the new half box. Please do not print yet if you haven't already. Sorry.
The new top plate is also compatible with the old chassis.

August 13 Update. The latest chassis profile has been updated, and tolerances have been adjusted for smoother operation.
August 11 Update. Please look forward to it.

August 9 Update. 1. Modified the issue of base plate screws and nuts scratching the desktop. 2. Corrected errors in the BOM. 3. The BOM emphasizes the purpose of the screws.
August 8. I have reported to Bambu Lab official. Any content identical to this model in any form, including but not limited to files/structures/parting, appearing on this site, or any private selling and forwarding without my permission, will be traced to the end. Friends who know me should know what I studied in university and what I do now.
My 3D dinosaur model was stolen, which truly changed my worldview. It was he who taught me about the true structure of the rotary axis. I hope the platform strengthens supervision and investigates the original source of uploaded models. Creality Cloud does a good job; I hope they learn from each other.
If any friend encounters unauthorized reposts or derivative works on the internet by individuals unrelated to me, including but not limited to files/structures/parting/reposts, please contact me. I will provide a reward!
August 6 Emergency Update!!!! During testing, some friends encountered insufficient build plate area on P1S. Please modify the profile.
Change the first layer expansion in supports to 2, or use your own print profile.

I wonder if anyone is interested in small boxes? If interested, leave a comment, and I will make improvements.

Below is the introduction video.
All three major stackable toolbox series are now open source
