Cable duct spacer 110mm x 60mm
This is a spacer for a cable duct with a width of 110mm.
The cable ducts you buy only come with two pieces. That was not enough for my purposes. These spacers make the cable duct much more stable.
It is easy to print and helps a lot to stabilize the cable duct.
I used ASA as filament and printed on the Engineering plate. With adhesive. I used ASA because I use it outdoors.
But it will also be good enough in PETG.
Print settings with ASA:
Wall lines: 4
Detect thin walls: Yes
Layer height: 0.12mm
Infill / Infill pattern: 30% / GRID
Ironing type: TOP SURFACE ONLY
Ironing pattern: RECTILINEAR
Seam position: ALIGNED
Wall generator: Classic
Support type: NONE
All other values remain standard.
