Here are the details for the Lancashire Deluxe storage:

• Supports dual-layer player boards, individual player boards can be set up with one click
• Supports 20 sleeved cards (each sleeve is approximately 200μm thick)
• Supports the game's original chip boxes
• Supports one-click setup for the coal and iron markets
• Supports boat and train model boxes
• Supports vertical storage

Points to note:

1. Trays marked with × [number] indicate how many times that tray needs to be printed for example, ×4 means that tray needs to be printed 4 times
2. The card holder can be placed directly on the board and used as a draw pile holder, and the divider can be inserted directly (as shown in the figure). The card holder also has a slightly upward angle inside to prevent cards from tipping over

3. The dual-layer board is assembled onto the individual player board using four clips. Align the ▲ and ● symbols on the frame and clips, then push in the direction of the arrow. If disassembly is required after assembly, simply pry out the clips in the opposite direction.

   

4. Each dual-layer board has recesses in all four corners. Each layer can limit the movement of the others, preventing the cover from sliding around and scattering during storage
5. During testing, it was found that there are certain cutting errors in individual player boards printed in different versions and at different times. For example, I found that my English retail version individual player board was noticeably cut incorrectly. My current design is based on the latest printed Chinese version by Youka Games. This caused a slight misalignment when the dual-layer board was assembled onto my English retail version individual player board, but it was not severe and did not affect gameplay. My design cannot be compatible with all situations, specific situations require self-testing and adjustment

6. Due to printer size limitations, both the dual-layer board and the cover require splicing. The dual-layer board is designed with dovetail joints, and tolerances have been adjusted multiple times to ensure that no glue is needed when using Bambu Lab official PLA or PETG filaments (for non-official filaments, please test and adjust yourself). Due to insufficient thickness, the cover must be reinforced with glue. If you have a printer that supports sizes over 290mm, you can print the dual-layer board and cover as one piece. I will release the Print in Place version configuration separately later (since I do not have a printer of this size, please print and test it yourself). The splicing method for the cover is shown in the figure:

   

   

7. The Lancashire storage includes an accessory upgrade storage box, which can store four-color boat and train models. The link for the boat and train models is as follows:

   If you print the boat and train models, the original boat and train connection tiles are stored in two boxes with "BRASS" written on their lids, placed under the chip boxes for storage, and do not need to be removed during gameplay. If you do not print the boat and train models, the boat and train connection tiles can be directly stored in the four model boxes, used one box per player color during gameplay, and the boxes with "BRASS" written on their lids are used as placeholders.
