Player 2 has joined, that means the Knitted Luigi Cap is here!

I know it's been a little bit, but finally got around to doing Luigi's cap, it's the same hat model as the Knitted Super Mario Cap, so an easy print as always. I've got a couple more caps and other designs on the way, so give me a follow!

This model requires No AMS and No Glue and No Supports, everything press fits together.

All parts press fit smoothly together and are oriented in the correct position already on the plate

This model in the image was made using Matte PLA

The main profile dimensions are approximately 131x158x74mm, which makes it almost 3 inches tall. Feel free to make it smaller or larger, it may change the fit tolerances though, depending on filament and printer.

Print them all!

Please share your makes in the comments, I'm sure there's some cool color combinations just waiting to be made!

Incredible print. Everything popped in with zero post processing. I cannot wait for the Wario and Waluigi Hats!

I’m loving these knitted Mario themed designs! Will we get a Wario hat to to complete the collection? I sure hope so! Would also love to see a Bullet Bill. Thanks for these awesome designs!

Fantastic model, however only comment I can make but doesn't lower my overall rating, the lack of a hole in the hat stops it from being utilised as a toy or a prop. This also causes excessive filament wastage. With a simple support setup and a boolean difference void cut this could print much faster and use much less filament. Although, with all the extra filament it's weighty and feels amazing.

I try to not need supports whenever possible, I feel like people could use Bambu Studio to put holes in it if they want to make it a functional print like a pencil holder or something like that. Let me know what you would like to see and thank you for the feedback!

Replying to @McG3D :
I understand that, and as I said I haven't lowered my rating because of this. Although, my children solely use the app. This doesn't allow them to make such changes. The initial print my son set to go, I when it came to taking it off the bed this is when I noticed. I personally hate supports where possible I choose to go without. But, my suggestion was to have the void where it would be expected in a hat. Again, for those with maybe lower skill or less access to bambu studio.
