Description

My new Reolink D340W doorbell did not lean in toward the door enough so i was looking at half frame of just a static wall. I wanted an adjustment and all the ones online weren't quite right for me. I made myself a couple version to test but did them paramteric so i could adjust wuickly to get it right. Got my view reasonably centered now. Much nicer.

So i went ahead and made a pile of angle and depth options to maybe help someone else out.

S0 the stock adapter has an inner height of 2mm and an angle of about 15 degrees as shown below. This would be the file name with 0_0. Since there is no difference from stock.

When looking at the step options you will see a file name that is like 4_5. That means 4 more mm on that inside edge height and 5 more degrees on the angle so that adapter would look like this.

I have a range going up to +14mm on the inside edge height for a max of 16mm.. On the angles i went up to +25 degrees for a max angle of 40 degrees total. I did each height at each angle in what seemed to be reasonable steps.

These use the stock screws and bracket as they are pretty much just modded form of the stock bracket. The 3MF file is just the stock replacement so you can look at setting if required and drag in your wanted version. I have also added modifiers to the 3MF to make the portion that holds the bracket to the wall 100% infil so when you tighten those screws its doesn't crunch. It probably doesnt NEED to be that tight but i would rather extra strength there than crunch the print on accident…

Recommend PETG, ABS, or ASA due to heat exposure. ASA specifically if you see direct sun for any length of time daily.

If someone needs something special please ask and i can throw those numbers in the table and add a step file to the selections.
