Sacrificial jig to cut your grip module for a manual safety on the Sig Sauer P365 platform.

Will work on X-Macro grips but you will need to shave down the sides as the X-Macro grip is a tad bit wider than the standard, X, or XL grips. Or you can get something like the Wilson Combat grips that already have a relief cut in the grip to allow for the manual safety.

Use this at your own risk. I take no responsibility for modifications you make to your own firearms.

Tips:

  • Recommend that you start with a slower speed on your Dremel and hold it firmly so your bit only contacts what you want it to.
  • Print in PETG. PLA will work, but the FCU retention pin is very snug with PLA
  • Use the FCU pin to keep it in place
  • Insert the front of the jig first, then rotate down to secure with the FCU pin.
