Round Assortment Box for Wire Ferrules, Screws, and Nuts

A versatile and compact storage box with an innovative, secure rotating closure! The design is deliberately engineered to prevent the lid from accidentally opening. This box is perfect for securely and neatly storing small items such as pills, screws, nuts, wire ferrules, or other small components. With its four modular compartments, you can organize your belongings precisely to your preferences.

Design and Functionality: This storage box consists of three main parts: the yellow base, the yellow rotary lid, and the four blue inserts. The lid features a rotary opening that allows you to access each of the four compartments individually, without needing to open the entire box.

A distinctive feature of the design is that the lid fits snugly and is not free-moving. This ensures that the box does not open accidentally and its contents remain securely stored. Should you desire easier rotation, you can lubricate the contact surfaces with candle wax.

The blue inserts can be removed for easy cleaning of the box or to accommodate larger items. The design is intentionally kept simple and functional to ensure effortless handling and swift access.

• Filament: The model is optimized for multi-color printing (e.g., with AMS), but can also be printed in a single color. PLA or PETG is recommended.
• Printer: Tested on Bambu Lab P1S and A1

• Settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 15-20%
  • Supports: Not required.
  • Brim: Optional, if adhesion issues occur.

   

Assembly: Assembly is exceedingly straightforward. Insert the four blue inserts into the yellow base. Then, place the yellow lid onto the base and rotate it to close or open the compartments. The parts are designed to interlock perfectly without the need for adhesive or additional tools. Firmly press the lid on without tilting it.
