Description
Introduction
A payload release mechanism for the DJI M300. Featuring a modular design, the fuselage connector and the release mechanism body are detachable.
Rapid Disassembly: Secured by 4 screws, enabling quick installation and removal.
Packable: The fuselage connector does not impede the packing of the M300 aircraft.
Unobstructed Operation: The release mechanism does not interfere with the functionality of the H20T camera or the downward obstacle avoidance system.
Precise Release: Equipped with limit blocks, ensuring the payload remains stable. When the H20T camera is oriented downwards, the center of its lens aligns with the release target.
High Load Capacity: The payload strength is solely dependent on the material's integrity, allowing the released item's weight to match the aircraft's maximum payload capacity. (Kindly note considerations regarding the center of gravity.)
Modular Design: Adaptable to other aircraft through modification of the connector hole positions.
Printing
PETG or higher strength materials are recommended.
Plate 3 is the release baseplate with limiters, intended for demonstration purposes.
Installation
It is advisable to shorten the servo signal wire and re-terminate it.
Machine screws must be secured with threadlocker or utilize self-locking screws.
