Description

EDIT (03/08/25): I’ve added the missing TPU gasket for the 200 mm fan connection (between the fan duct and the axial fan).

This fan duct is engineered to integrate a 200 mm axial fan with an Antminer S19 ASIC miner for home mining setups. It consists of two interconnected parts:

  • Inlet duct: channels airflow from the 200 mm fan into the miner and PSU.
  • Outlet duct: collects heated exhaust from both the miner and PSU and adapts to a 200 mm conduit tube.

Materials & Construction

  • Inlet part: printed in PLA for airflow routing.
  • Outlet part: printed in ABS to withstand higher ambient temperatures.
  • TPU gaskets are also included in the model files to seal the interface between the ducts and the miner housing. These improve adhesion and limit warping due to support usage on the ABS component.

Print Recommendations

  • Layer height: 0.28 mm
  • Supports: tree/supporti ad albero to reduce material waste and shorten print time
  • Materials: PLA for the inlet, ABS for the outlet, TPU for seals/gaskets

Usage Notes
Due to complex geometry, supports are necessary, and ABS may exhibit minor warping where supports were attached. TPU gaskets help mitigate this and ensure a tighter seal to the miner chassis.
