Description
Compact cyclone separator
Keep your vacuum filter clean by separating dust from the air in a small space (it's only 15cm high)
HERE you can see it in action and if you like, start following me

Assembly is very simple:
- Drill a hole in the lid of a bin and attach the flange with M5 nuts and bolts, (main hole diameter 185mm, total flange diameter 220mm)
- Apply 3 M5 threaded inserts to the disc support, for this I use this tool
- Insert the nozzle from the top of the cyclone body and the disc from below, then fasten them together with M5 bolts
- Fit the cyclone body onto the flange (it's a perfect fit, no glue needed)
- Insert the vacuum cleaner fitting using either the 90-degree or straight one
Connect the hoses and you're done, enjoy the magic!

Natively, the inlets accept hoses with an outer diameter of 40mm, however, you can use the parametric file I uploaded to create a connector that perfectly fits your hoses
You just need to use the integrated configurator and enter the outer diameter of your hose + 6mm (the thickness of the connector walls)
Ex: if your hose has an outer diameter of 50mm, you will need to enter 56mm in the configurator

ATTENTION: this cyclone is designed for wood dust, not for wood chips (too large and heavy), nor for chimney soot (too light)
It has been tested with excellent results using a 45l/s vacuum cleaner, hoses with an outer diameter of 40mm and a total length of 5m
Under these conditions, virtually all of the vacuumed dust is collected
