Description

AMS Lite Vesa 75/100 Mount

This is a custom-designed VESA mount compatible with both 75mm x 75mm and 100mm x 100mm VESA mounting standards. 

It is specifically designed to securely hold the Bambu Lab AMS Lite unit, allowing users to attach it to any VESA-compatible arm or wall mount system. This solution provides flexibility in positioning the AMS Lite, ensuring optimal workspace organization and ease of access.
 

Key Features:

  • Dual VESA Compatibility: The design supports both 75mm and 100mm VESA hole patterns, making it versatile and compatible with a wide range of mounting arms and brackets.
  • Enhanced Workspace Flexibility: By attaching the AMS Lite to a VESA arm, users can easily adjust its position, providing better access to filament spools and allowing for more efficient use of desk or wall space.
  • Sturdy and Reliable: The mount is designed with strength in mind, ensuring that the AMS Lite remains securely attached even during frequent filament swaps. It is optimized for 3D printing in durable materials such as PLA-CF or PETG, with sufficient thickness to handle the weight of the AMS Lite and its loaded spools.
  • Easy Installation: The mount can be easily attached using standard M4 screws (commonly used in VESA mounts). For best results, use screws that match your specific mounting setup (e.g., wall anchors or arm screws).


Printing Recommendations:

  • Material: PLA-CF, PETG or stronger are recommended for strength and durability. PETG may offer better impact resistance if you expect heavy use.
  • Infill: A minimum of 25% infill is recommended to ensure structural integrity, though higher infill percentages (up to 100%) can be used for added strength, but mind the additional weight :D
  • Walls: For additional strength I suggest at least 4 walls
  • Layer Height: A layer height of 0.2mm provides a good balance between print quality and strength.
