Description

Designed this for a project, to mount a Jabra Speak 410 to a 1" pole, on a robot.
It MIGHT also fit the 510, but this has yet to be tested. Please let me know if it works for you.

For my project, I used a 1" shower rod, from home depot.
This exact rod (60 in. Aluminum Builders Shower Rod in Chrome), but you could mount this to any 1" pole really.

For attaching the two pieces together, I used an 35mm (from end to end) M4 Hex Socket Head Cap bolt and nut, from this kit:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09TYR314X/
30mm M4 Hex Socket Head Cap bolt and nut, from end to end, on the screw tightening the clamp to the pole.

Though, it was printed on a lower quality creality, so i chose to print it in two parts.
I'd bet you may have a good shot with a bambu at overlapping the two parts slightly in bambu slicer, and forgoing the screw, and printing them as one part (ignore the colliding gcode geometry warning)

Final note:
Wall counts are important, as it will determine the ability for you to seperate the clamp the first time, and will dictate its long term survival with cycling it on/off a pole.
Maybe not as important if you are putting it on once, for ever-ish.

The mount printed perfect. Do you have a variant that secures the base to the speaker? In other words I need to make sure the speaker stays on the base because we use these on translator carts and they get jostled around.

SORRY for the delay, Are you still needing this? If so- I'm happy to make a revision for you no problem. Could you take a picture of your mount and draw on the photo annotating what you are requesting? Also would you mind sharing a photo of one of your carts in action? (very cool that someone actually got a real use of it lol)
