Decorative Cherries – Fruit & Vegetable Series –

These charming cherries are part of my decorative fruit and vegetable series. Each cherry is printed in two hues: red for the fruit and green for the stem. The base is intentionally flat, allowing them to stand upright for embellishing a table, shelf, or kitchen nook.

Printing Details
• No Supports Required: The components are designed for printing without support structures. This ensures an effortless and swift printing process, minimizing filament wastage.
• Orientation: Place the cherries flat, base down, directly on the plate. The stem forms seamlessly due to the gentle angles.
• Suggested Parameters: PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.12mm layer height, 2 perimeters (walls), 10-15% infill.
• Colors: Two colors are employed (red and green). You may also print in a single color if you do not utilize the AMS.
• Purge Tower: Although the model generates minimal filament waste, I advise enabling a small purge tower during multi-color printing to prevent color blending.
• Multi-color 3MF Plate: The 3MF file is pre-colored for Bambu Studio, with space allocated for a purge tower. You may adapt it to your specific printer and filaments.

Printing Recommendations

1. Print the stem slowly (e.g., 40 mm/s) to achieve a smooth finish.
2. The flat base must be meticulously clean to ensure optimal adhesion. Employ glue or a stick to prevent warping.
3. Once the cherries are printed, gently remove any residual threads and, if desired, assemble them with a transparent string to fashion a pendant.
