Description
Fits Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit-001 - Turn your classic film camera into a stylish piece of ambient decor with this 3D printed lamp add-on, designed specifically for cameras using the M42 screw mount lenses like Praktica, Pentax, Zenit and many others. This model allows you to repurpose your vintage gear into a unique night light or soft ambient lamp, ideal for shelves, desks, or cozy corners.
- M42 Mount Compatibility: The lamp module is designed to screw directly into the M42 mount on your vintage camera body and lens screws on the lamp module
- An M42 lens can be screwed onto the front of the lamp module, completing the look and allowing you to use the aperture blades to adjust light output for an even softer or more focused glow.
- Fits Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit-001: Internal cavity and mounting features are tailored to house the Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit-001.
- Decor-Focused Lighting: This is not a bright utility lamp—it's designed for atmosphere, casting a warm and subtle glow. If used with a lens, light output is reduced. I recommend using 50 mm F1.8 (or more powerful) lens.
- Easy to Print & Assemble: No supports required, printed threads. PET-G recommended.
- Assembly recomendation: First mount the Threaded Ring to the M42 lens. Insert the lamp module into the Camera Mount part. Screw the lens with mounted Threaded Ring to the Camera Mount part. Mount everything on the camera.
There are 2 profiles - the default one is stronger, but a bit wider and longer. It doesn't compromise the aestetics as it ads to the overall strength. I created it based on user feedback.
The other profile is optimized for beeing sleek.
