I have those pads/ caoutchouc floor tiles at home and I “needed” a way to transport/store them easily when not being used… So here we are.
1 Tile dimension: 33cm x 33cm x 2cm
Print:
- I used ABS, 3 walls, 10% infill
- 1 handle can carry 11 tiles no problem (ABS)
- For the handle, supports are required (see 3mf file) (bridging would be 80mm which might be too long)
- Sides need no support
Use:
Slide the adaptors on two sides and add one handle. Its a tight fit by design so the adaptors don't quite on you during transport.
Scaling:
Current scale accommodates for 11 tiles grouping, but you can scale the length of the model in the slicer for your prefered grouping.
Here is a “conversion” table

For dimension and references here are vendor pictures of the exact pad/tiles I have. It seems to be a pretty generic chineese model available in many store (aliexpress, amazon, temu, etc)
