A custom Samsung Galaxy S21 phone case — remixed from two popular designs to get the best of both worlds 📱
One model was strong and protective but had poor cutouts, the other was flexible and elegant — so I combined them.
The result: a sturdy yet slim TPU case with precise cutouts and smooth button action.
🧵 Printing notes:
- Tested on a Bambu P1S with 0.4 mm nozzle
- Material: Bambu TPU 85A (for a soft, grippy feel)
- For very soft TPUs (≤ 85A), I recommend feeding directly from above
- TPU 90A or stiffer can run fine through the external spool holder
A comfortable, flexible, and protective case — ready to print and use right away.
