Heavy duty iPhone 14 phone holder for motorcycle

It has been a while since I have added a new design. Been busy lately. 

But here it is again, a new design! This time I designed an iPhone 14 mount (without removing your case) for on my motorcycle. The case I have on my iPhone 14 is the PanzerGlass case. The diameter of the handlebar is 22mm.

Of course if your phone is of another brand and it fits with in the holder you can use it. But be careful of course. The inner dimensions of the mount are:
152.4 mm width.

76.8 mm height.

13,6 mm depth.

I have added a print profile in PETG. I have probably over-engineered it and it surely could be a little thinner or smaller but I like to be sure that my phone wont go flying off when driving on the German highway with 200kph. The critical parts like the fasteners are not printed but need to be bought because i wanted to be sure everything is fastened securely. Below a list of necessary items. The nuts are pressfitted in the holes. The back side of the clamping part fits only one way. But you'll notice that soon when the bolt holes don't align. 

I used the following bolts washers and nuts:

4x Hex bolt M6x70 (i used longer ones to be able to cut them on the correct length) 

4x Hex nut M6

2x Washer M6

Please make sure to check and tighten before driving off. It is your own responsibility to use my design. I cannot be held responsible for your phone flying off (of course I did my best to make sure the mount is rigid enough)! 🛫
