Bicycle front Derailleur cover
Print Profile(1)

Description
After removing on my CUBE bicycle front derailleur on frame left empty socket which has not esthetic view.
So, I've made a simple cover to hide the socket.
In my opinion it looks much better now.
I've added 2 different versions: for conic screw head and for flat screw head.
Flat one also thinner as it is not need a “body” filet for hiding screw head inside.
On the attached photos you can see how it looks like on my bike with conic screw head.
Printed with PETG, but probably all the popular filament types will be OK.
Perimeter generator: Classic (Not Arachna! in other case there will be hanging points)
Layer height: 0.12-0.2mm
Printing time: less than 10 minutes
Number of walls/perimeters :2 (can be more, but I found it unnecessary, as it's role just to cover the socket)
Number of top/bottom shells: 3 (but can be adopted for your needs)
Infill: 15% with gyroid (you can use any type, but I found gyroid with nice feeling).
Hope you will find it usable for your bike-frame as well.
Let me know your opinion.
