1、Print Settings
This kazoo is the culmination of numerous iterations and refinements. I hope you enjoy it. When printing, a brim is crucial to prevent model collapse. A 0.2mm brim-model gap is recommended for easy removal post-print. Default density settings are suitable, but the included print profile can also be used.
2、Selection of Reed Membrane
Thicker cling film or food wrap may suffice, or explore thin transparent materials as alternatives. Purchasing standard 19mm reeds online is highly recommended—they are remarkably inexpensive, and far more convenient than improvising with cling film. Experimenting with different reed types yields unique sonic qualities.
3、Model Assembly
The model is segmented to optimize thread print quality. The threaded components require adhesive. Ensure complete coverage of contact surfaces to maintain optimal sound quality.
