𦾠MiniMechs ā CorePack: LOGISTICS PROTOCOL š¦¾
The first mission pack for my MiniMechs has arrived!

Kicking things off with the CorePack! featuring three base units and a complete warehouse & logistics setup:
āļø Crates in various sizes
āļø Euro pallets
āļø Hand pallet truck
āļø Jersey barriers
Inspired by the ongoing CyberBrick Contest, Iāve built the perfect starting theme:
LOGISTICS PROTOCOL - where the MiniMechs deliver themselves into the CyberBrick universe.
The idea: Instead of creating an entirely new world, my Mechs seamlessly connect to an existing oneā¦. bringing along everything needed for immersive scenes and fun play.
Ā
āļø Scale & Compatibility
This set is designed at a 1:20 scale. The Euro pallets are fully compatible with the CyberBrick forklift Ā and overall, the proportions fit perfectly into the existing universe.
Each MiniMech fits into a crate specifically made for its classā¦. perfect for storage, gifting, or play!
š§ Design & Handling
MiniMechs are well-balanced, highly poseable, and hold their stance even in dynamic or extreme positions.
The joints are intentionally tight to ensure long lasting functionality, even with standard PLA.

Ā
ā ļø Important:
After assembly, gently move the joints back and forth to loosen them up.
Do not apply force!

The images shown feature the T-Class model.
The other two Mechs are assembled the same wayā¦. only their designs differ

š§Ŗ Material Experience
My goal was to ensure the joints remain functional over timeā¦. even when printed in basic PLA.
To achieve this, I made the ball joints at the hips and shoulders especially tight and primarily printed them using standard PLA Basic.
I also tested PLA Matte and PLA+ from Sunlu. With PLA+, I noticed some expansionā¦. the joints were extremely difficult to assemble and so stiff afterward that one of them actually tore when I tried to move it.
Ā
PLA Matte performed well overall, except for the hands, where the joints felt slightly looser compared to PLA Basic.
So far, the best results have clearly come from PLA Basic. I havenāt tested other PLA types like translucent variants, or PETGā¦. but honestly, if it works with PLA, PETG should be even more durable. š
Ā
If you've seen my recent community posts, youāll know Iāve been playing with the MiniMechs extensively to test their durability.
So far, theyāve only shown minimal wear in the joints, they can still hold poses well and remain fully functional!
Ā
How long theyāll last in the long run?
Hard to say just yet š¤·āļø but Iāll keep observing and report back.šš

Ā
The Jersey barrier has slots for 6Ć2āÆmm magnets.
Simply press them in firmly - they should stay in place on their own.
ā ļø Important:
Make sure to insert the magnets in the correct orientation!
If theyāre reversed, the barriers will repel each other Ā and removing the magnets without damaging the barrier will be extremely difficult.

Note!
I used rubber bands to secure the crates, and applied the MiniMechs label on the side using my label printer and transparent film.
For those of you who have a label printer and want to take your crates to the next levelā¦. Ā Iāve included the image in the description!

I hope my MiniMechs will bring fresh energy to the world of creative play and scene-building.
More sets and themes are already in the works, with the goal of creating a fully independent MiniMechs universe.
Letās see if the MiniMechs earn a spot in your world.

𧬠Evolution History
Hereās a little glimpse at how it all began!
The tiny guy on the far left is basically V1.0 Ā and right now Iām at V1.9.4!
Even though you canāt see it in this picture, there were a lot of versions in between where I tested different ideas, joints, and proportions.
I started working on my MiniMechs on July 23rd, 2025 and honestly⦠thereās no end in sight. š
