Description

Tallneck from the horizon video game series made into a high detail easy to print and assemble figure!

  • Currently two print profiles available. Original single color profile and second scaled down to 85% size specifically for A1 Mini. Also working on making painted profile version for AMS printing along with other creatures from the game.

  • Body pieces are cut into parts with either square plug connectors or circular dowels for assembling and exact part alignment. 0.1mm tolerance holes for tight fit. Glueing is optional. All dowels are printed on single plate. (Tip: trimming the edges of the dowels to make a slight chamfered edge will help inserting dowels into holes if needed.)

  • Variable layer height 0f 0.10 added to legs and head for detail. Rest is set to high quality 0.16 layers.

  • When printing the body Halves, the step pieces coming off the neck are very thin (Even more so in Mini profile) so I've set the top Z support distance to 0.28 for easy removal. However, take your time removing supports and in small chunks with snips as to not break these thin parts. Let these halves cool off completely before attempting support removal. Carefully use a sharp thin blade to cut down the contact support surfaces if needed.  *Updated 8/4/25 - Added structural supporting pieces for greatly improved strength*

  • Please Wash your build plate! Some pieces have small surface faces that can't be printed with brims in order to meet tolerance needs!

Enjoy this magnificent beast! This is my first slicer project I had a lot of fun working on this and I'd love to see pictures of anyone that takes the time to print one!
