Description

This figure is inspired by an classic series from the 90s, but it’s not an exact replica.
Instead, I tried to capture the spirit, charm, and personality of these characters in my own style.
Perfect for fans of retro animation, collectors, or anyone who grew up with these little heroes.

Recommended Settings:

  • Layer height: 0.16 mm for optimal detail
  • Supports: Needed
  • Size: Roughly 80 mm in standard scale

Support Issue:The support structure beneath the neck consistently fractures at one-third of the print's height

I truly regret that you are encountering difficulties with either the model or the print The support configurations were in fact quite robustly established for this diminutive model and ought not to fracture May I inquire which printing apparatus you are currently employing Is the support structure fracturing or detaching from the build plate

I am utilizing the X1, but alas, the support consistently fractures at this precise point (image provided). This issue has occurred twice previously in the identical location, and the third print is currently in progress. One must simply persevere 😂

Observing the current state of your support structure, it is recommended that you reduce your printing speed (for instance, by 50mm/s), and potentially recalibrate your flow rate and pressure advance. This strongly indicates underextrusion, an issue seemingly confined to the support rings. Could you elaborate on the characteristics of your previous print failures

Support Issue:support failed twice

May I ask what exactly went wrong? Did the supports fall off the printing plate or break off during the printing process? Were there always problems in the same place? Did anything break off when removing the structure? Were the supports unable to be detached from the printed part? Which device was used? Which material?

Bambu PLA Matte on a P1S. 3 times the supports broke between 30-60 layers in (2 x neck, 1x in the center). I also tried printing at 50% speed 1 of the times. I ended up bringing it into studio and scaling it up 50% and so far its printing as expected
