Softair Airsoft Muzzle Brake - Flash Hider

These Muzzles are compatible with my Modular Suppressor System. The rest of the description is below the update logs.

UPDATE 04/2026 - NEW MUZZLES LENGTH

As requested, the 100mm long version of the muzzles has been added. At the moment, there are 4 models in this length, inherited from the other designs, so the aspect ratio and general proportions could appear weird. Better design will be added in the future. The structural integrity is not optimised, so they could be weaker than the shorter versions. 

They maintain full compatibility with the barrel and cages, since the 100mm dimension is just below the max length for the 115mm barrel.

UPDATE 08/2025 - 3 NEW DESIGNS

Fortis Dragon

I tried designing this one like an existing model, and I am pretty happy with the result. Unfortunately, it needs support for printing. I made a version with integrated supports, but it is possible to use tree supports instead. 

DESCRIPTION

The Flash Suppressor or Muzzle is the main part; it has an M14x1mm thread and should be compatible with most rifles.

If you need to adapt them to other guns and rifles, just tell me or try with my ADAPTERS.

These Muzzles are compatible with my Modular Suppressor System. I decided to upload them here because it was becoming a mess updating the main project with new parts every time. Under this model, I will also upload future Muzzles, while keeping all the Cages and Barrels in the other model for the time being.

The Muzzles have been improved and differentiated into two categories with new designs: Standard 65mm and Short 40mm. 

The short ones could jam inside the Barrel, so there is a Tool that can be used to remove them (remember to turn it CLOCKWISE).

All the Muzzles can be screwed in and out with a 22mm wrench on the perimeter of the base if needed.
