🛰️ Eero Pro 6 – 10” Rack Mount (1U Front, 2U Internal)

Keep your Eero Pro 6 secured and toddler-proof with this custom 3D-printed rack mount designed for a 10” network rack. Ideal for homelab setups where cable access, airflow, and kid-proofing are a priority.

🛠️ Design Features:

• 🔒 Cable protection: Designed to route all cables inside the rack for safer, cleaner setups — perfect if you’ve got curious toddlers or just hate exposed wiring.
• ↔️ Reversible-ish: In theory, this mount can be flipped to face outward — but I haven’t tested that orientation yet.
• 📏 Rack fit: Standard 10” rack, 1U front profile, but you’ll need 1.5U–2U clearance internally to fit the Eero’s height and airflow needs.

🧵 Print Recommendations:

• 🧱 Material: I used ABS for heat resistance, durability, and that pro-lab aesthetic. PETG should also work well.
• 🧯 Orientation: I printed mine bottom-down with supports for clean screw holes and stronger internal structure. Face-down would look cleaner but won't be as strong and will need a lot more support.
