The Type 052 destroyer is China's second-generation guided-missile destroyer and China's first multi-role combat vessel, possessing anti-air, anti-ship, and anti-submarine capabilities. During its development and construction, when China had friendly relations with Western countries, most of its electronics, weapons, and power equipment came from European and American countries. For example, it uses combined diesel and gas (CODOG) propulsion, with a power system consisting of two US-made LM2500 gas turbines and two German-made MTU-20V956TB diesel engines.

The Type 052 was originally planned for 6 ships, but after entering the 1990s, due to the inability to continue importing LM2500 gas turbines, only 2 were ultimately built, Ship 112 Harbin (commissioned in 1994, then known as China's First Ship) and Ship 113 Qingdao (commissioned in 1996).

The Type 052 is 148 meters long and 16 meters wide, with a full-load displacement of 4800 tons. Both ships later underwent modernization, at which point the appearance of the two ships was almost identical. The version I made is the modernized one.

The model scale is 1:2000, with a ship length of approximately 74mm.

Magnets can be installed in the hull and base; use 4x2 for the hull and 4x1 for the base. Pay attention to the polarity during installation. If no magnets are used, the cylindrical connectors in the base file can be used.

Around 2000, China introduced 4 Sovremenny-class destroyers. Following this, the Type 052B and Type 052C were developed, eventually leading to the current main destroyer, the Type 052D.
