Description
Personal Collection No. 34, Difficulty: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Original Author: Wan Wu Le Zhi
The earliest design came from the generous sharing of the great creator Xiao Mo 3D, and the metal parts and bead grooves were modified based on my own needs; also, a friend really wanted to CNC mill a metal main body and needed a solid model, so I re-modeled it, making the sword body sharper, so it wouldn't be too top-heavy. Similar to the Minghong Sword, it offers full functionality, including free spinning and ratchet play, with the main difficulty lying in printing and sanding
PETG printing must use adhesive spray, otherwise there's a high probability of failure!
- Accessories needed:
- 1 R188 free-spinning bearing
- 3 0.3*3*5 or 0.25*3*5 springs
- 3 3mm glass or steel beads
1 pair of M3*14 hex screws and nuts
Parts list:

Assembly steps:
① Insert the main body into the R188 bearing, then rotate the thin cover plate to fix it
② Place the M3*14 hex screws and nuts respectively into the cylindrical interlocking hexagonal positions, then cover with the interlocking cover plate
It is recommended that the ratchet side uses a nut for easier disassembly and better ratchet sound
③ Install the stepped interlocking accessory, add springs and beads as needed, then tighten it to complete the assembly
