A Super-Deformed Nanami Ryusui from Dr. Stone

Nanami Ryusui, heir to the Seven Seas Zaibatsu and master of maritime shipping, a captain possessing godlike technology.

This is my second super-deformed character creation, I hope you enjoy it!

As before, the model is divided into multiple modules for multi-plate, multi-color printing. The eyes are separated into sclera and pupil components, requiring assembly. A paintable version is also provided for those who prefer painting. The buttons on the clothing are created by inserting white filament into the clothing holes and then trimming with an art knife (exercise caution). The petrification markings on the right hand require marking with a marker pen. Minor gaps may require gluing after printing.

The assembled model stands approximately 11cm tall.

The design is suitable for the A1 mini’s build plate; the paintable version requires only a single plate. The plate arrangement has been refined and successfully printed to minimize layer lines and other imperfections, allowing for direct printing. I used a 0.16mm layer height; users seeking higher detail can use 0.12mm or lower.

Assembly Video:

Note: Remember to pre-apply PVA glue to the build plate to prevent parts from detaching during printing.

For colored materials, lightly toast any white areas after support removal with a lighter for a special effect.
