Simply a stronger version that works without any problems! I recommend drying the filament first, then printing the design and leaving it to cool for at least 3 minutes. The test was printed with PLA Tough Orange from Bambu Lab.&nbsp;Einfach eine stärkere Variante, die problemlos funktioniert! Ich empfehle das Filament zuerst zu trocknen, dann das Design zu drucken und es mindestens 3 Minuten auskühlen lassen. Gedruckt wurde der Test mit PLA Tough Orange von Bambu Lab.

one of my printers has a 0.6mm nozzle in permanently so its always good to have the option on makerworld.

After experiencing some problems with bed adhesion for the knob, I modified the settings for extra stability. To remove the tree supports inside the thread, insert a flat screwdriver from the top and rotate it, as if unscrewing the support from the thread. See my images for clarification.&nbsp;Print both the carabiner and the knob on a single build plate, using the 'Print Sequence: One Object at a Time' setting.

A standard and dual screwgate locking carabiner, using a print-in-place pivot mechanism, and available in multiple sizes.&nbsp;The STLs for three different sizes of each style are included here for convenient printing. This model is fully parametric though, and so the Fusion360 files are included for those that would like to generate different sizes or refine the model further.
