AC Infinity CLOUDLINE 4" Duct Quick Connect

On my H2D, I am using @clough42's 90 degree Duct Adapter. With that model he made a really great quick-connect system that can be used with other purposes besides the H2D. So I have adapted that quick-connect clamp for use with a 4" AC Infinity CLOUDLINE Duct Fan.

This clamp has a built in TPU gasket, that will friction fit around the end of your fan. I printed this in ABS, which has significant shrinkage, so keep your shrink ratings in mind when printing this. If it's too tight, you may need to use a rubber mallet to attach it. If it's too lose, I have included 4 M3 screw holes, that you can easily drill out to secure the clamp to the fan… in my case, it was tight enough that the TPU gasket is more than enough to keep it connected through friction alone.

Yes, I did print this in an ABS/TPU mix. If you plan on doing ABS/TPU as well, please remember to turn off your chamber heat, so you don't gunk up your TPU nozzle. The print profile i have included however is a PLA/TPU mix, because MakerWorld does not allow you to publish ABS/TPU mix profiles.
