Koss PortaPro Cushion Replaement

This model is specially designed for long-term Porta Pro users like me. I have several pairs in different colors and often need to replace the cushions — but let’s be honest, the original ones kind of suck and wear out quickly. And what if you run out of spares?

Here’s a simple solution if you’ve got a 3D printer, about 20 minutes of time, and some solid TPU material. Just print your own cushion!

Check the model configuration — you can choose the infill pattern and percentage that works best for your comfort. Sure, it's not as super soft as the original foam, but hey, it works, and it will probably last forever.
