• Text Thickness: While the customizer offers flexibility, very thin or intricate fonts at small sizes might require careful slicing or a slightly slower print speed to ensure details are captured.
• Straw Measurement: Accurately measure your straw's outer diameter to ensure the perfect fit using the "straw diameter" option.

Quick Guide: Customize Your Text Straw Topper

Ready to personalize your straw topper? Here's a quick guide to using the options in the MakerWorld Customizer:

1. Text Settings

• Text Content: Type your desired name, word, or message.
• Font Type: Choose from 20 available fonts (e.g., Coiny, Lobster, Pacifico).
• Font Size: Adjust the size of your text within the topper in mm.
• Text Style (NEW in V2.0):
  • "Raised": The text will stand out above the topper's surface. (Default 1.0 Look)
  • "Debossed": The text will be cut into the topper's surface. (Creates a clean, engraved look.)
  • "Flat": The text will be on the same plane as the topper's top surface.
• Print Face Down (NEW in V2.0):
  • Only applicable when 'Text Style' is set to 'Flat'.
  • If set to true, the model will be flipped 180 degrees, allowing you to print the text side directly on your build plate. This can result in a smoother top surface for your text.

2. Straw Size

• Straw Diameter: Set the outer diameter of your straw (in mm) for a perfect fit.
• Straw Hole Position: Select if the straw hole goes straight through the Bottom of the text or from the Side.
• Bottom Hole Offset: If needed,  adjust the horizontal position of the straw hole when its position is set to "Bottom". This lets you fine-tune its left or right placement relative to the text.
• Side Hole Offset: If needed, adjust the vertical position of the straw hole when its position is set to "Side". This is especially useful to center the hole vertically relative to your text, as the default might be based on the largest letter.

3. Color

• Base Color: Pick the color for the topper's main body.
• Text Color: Choose the color for your personalized raised text.
  • (Note: Actual color changes will be done in your slicer at specific layers.)

4. Generate & Download

Once your design is perfect, click the "Generate Model" then "Download" button in the Customizer to get your custom STL or  3MF file ready for printing!
