Inhalation Device Closure Ultrasonic Nebulizer

Since my closure was broken, I designed a new one and printed it in PETG.

Our nebulizer is from Hygelink, but I suspect several brands sell the same model.

I used the steel pin from the original part. If you have lost yours, you can also use a nail with a diameter of 1.4 or 1.5 mm. You may want to secure it with a little superglue gel. If it is too tight, widen the hole with a 1.5 mm drill or heat the pin slightly. Mine fit snugly without force.

I printed the clip with PETG, flat on the print bed and with variable layer height (0.2 mm at the bottom for stability and 0.08 mm at the top for a nicer rounding). This is also the print profile.

Printable without supports.

I think you can also use TPU, but so far PETG works quite well.
