Sunlu S4 Silica Gel Drying Container

To avoid discarding silica gel used in the AMS and other applications, it can be easily dried.

This adapter is also perfectly usable in the Sunlu S4 dryer. It only occupies one roll slot (as shown in the image).

For ideal air circulation, there is a generous channel in the middle and the stops on the sides are chosen so that a gap for air always remains. Angled at the front on the side of the fans. Heat buildup is thus prevented.

I printed it with PETG-CF.

Please note that the material you print with also affects how hot you can dry. With PETG, the model deforms at 70°C. The Sunlu standard setting is 50°C for PETG and PLA.

Variable layer height saves time and creates a beautiful appearance. (uniform layer height is also available in the profiles)

The model is suitable for rear right and front left. For front right and rear left, the model can simply be mirrored in the slicer. This allows you to adapt it to how many filament rolls you want to dry and how much silica gel you need.

A funnel is included for easier filling.

The front spout facilitates filling into the containers provided later.
