Description
This is a convenient and compact desktop clamp (140mm*70mm*45mm) with a clamping range of 0-80mm and a clamping width of 70mm
It boasts excellent print quality, robust durability, substantial and even clamping force, and requires no additional hardware—offering exceptionally smooth operation
Features:
- Requires no supports, enabling rapid printing in just 4 hours, using only 120g of filament
- Extra-large clamping range of 0-80mm, with a clamping width of 70mm, suitable for most desktop applications
- Dual main bolt design, paired with an integrated 3D-printed gear assembly, ensures stable and smooth operation with even clamping force distribution
- The entire assembly utilizes an interlocking design, eliminating the need for any additional hardware, resulting in a refined aesthetic
- Due to limitations in achieving perfect results without support structures, interchangeable clamping surfaces are not currently implemented (inventive users may design their own)
- During installation, both main bolts are identical; ensure both are fully tightened, verifying the planar alignment (crucial), before inserting the gear assembly (otherwise, the clamping surface's parallelism and smoothness will be compromised)
- Precise tolerances ensure stable and reliable operation; please refrain from using inferior quality filament for printing, to avoid assembly difficulties

Assembly Instructions:
- Insert the two long bolts from the rear, fully tightening them (crucial), and verify the parallelism of the bolt faces
- Apply a small amount of lubricant, such as WD-40 or a similar product, to both sides of the gear assembly

- Adjust the gear angle of the gear assembly, inserting the two main bolts into the assembly, ensuring the bolt faces remain parallel
- Loosen the bolts a few turns, creating some distance between the clamping surface and the gear, allowing sufficient space for the frame to engage; partially insert the frame at an angle, not fully seating it at this stage
- Rotate the gear to bring the clamping surface closer to the frame, allowing for continued module insertion
- Test for smooth and proper rotation; verify the complete closure of the clamping surface for parallelism, applying lubricant to the main shaft end, gear assembly, bolts, etc as needed
- Secure the lid to complete the installation

*The finished product exhibits high structural integrity and substantial clamping force, proving a highly practical desktop clamping tool
*The design features horizontally-oriented main bolts for exceptional strength; the gear assembly is unaffected by lateral forces, ensuring durability; the movable clamping surface utilizes a mortise and tenon sliding track, preventing detachment once the lid is secured
*The gear assembly is highly compact and completely concealed; its modular design facilitates easy maintenance and repair
*2025.7.28 Update: Adjusted gear clearances to rectify gear immobility issues stemming from filament settings or non-Bambu printer usage
