📋 Recommended Print Settings (For Best Results)

  • Filament: PLA. Different materials have different shrink rates, so using other filaments might cause fitting issues or dimensional errors during assembly.
  • Slicer: Bambu Studio. I recommend using my default profile — I’ve tuned it specifically for this model.
  • Ambient Temperature: If you’re using an open-frame printer like the A1 or A1 Mini, keep your room above 20°C (68°F) to prevent warping.
  • Print Bed Preparation: Wash with soap and water, then dry thoroughly to ensure good adhesion. For small parts, apply a glue stick for better bed adhesion.

🔧 Assembly Diagram Notes

  • You’ll need super glue to attach all the components together. This is an early build of mine, so all the wheels need to be glued in place.

These plates are the heat-dissipation mesh, I use Bambu Lab’s software to set the top shell thickness to 0, and set the infill density to 50%—this will simulate the mesh effect.

The turret rotates very smoothly, and the machine gun on the turret is also movable.

Please make a Soviet T-55 tank! My grandpa used to be a driver on one, and I’d love to print it as a gift for him! The abrams model is great though, just like every other one of yours

Excellent Abrams. Had really fun putting this together. Has few tiny parts and some blobs of support tended to stick to the plate during removal. Used the sideskirt as a scraping tool.

Apart from another small machine gun and smoke launcher that had unsatisfactory stringing details due to material issues and are currently being reprinted and not yet installed, it's very comfortable, balancing detail with easy assembly, the tracks are a bit tight, I recommend printing them with PET-H so they're less likely to break during installation, it looks incredibly cool, now I'm planning to get the upgrade kit from next door, adjust its size, and install it

Excellent print. Printed 2 of these and the only issue I ran into was the smaller machine gun on top not printing correctly. Other than that great print! Painted and tried to add some camo to mine. Couldnt be happier!

Did you paint this? I've gotten a small sprayer to use on models but I have issues with it. Or did you use a blended filament?

Shiny! Other than the tiny pieces which I didn't attach, it came out great.
