Description
When purchasing a P1S nozzle cleaning brush on Taobao or Alibaba, it is indeed cleaner than the original PTFE cleaning tube for cleaning the nozzle, but there are several issues:
- Even with double-sided tape, the silicone brush cannot be well fixed to the base.
- The original base may be PLA printed, and after prolonged printing, as the chamber temperature rises, the silicone brush base will soften and deform.
- There is a problem with the screw hole of this base, and the original screws cannot be used for fixing.
Therefore, the base is redesigned and optimized, with the specific optimization points being:
- The silicone fixing groove is changed to a dovetail groove, and the silicone brush can be firmly fixed without any adhesive or glue.
- Optimize the screw hole position and size, and use the original screws for installation while ensuring strength.
- Optimize the model printing arrangement to ensure the fixing strength of the silicone brush
