What It's All About

"Order Up!" features a sleek game board with 7 sturdy, tall posts and 45 chunky, vibrant colored rings (9 rings in each of 5 distinct colors). Your mission? To bring order to chaos, one ring at a time!

The Goal

The game begins with all your beautiful, colorful rings completely mixed up and scattered across the 7 posts. Your objective is to sort them so that each of the 5 colors forms a complete stack of 9 rings on its own dedicated post. When all 5 colors are neatly sorted into their own tall columns, you've mastered the challenge!

How to Play (The Rules of Engagement!)

"Order Up!" is deceptively simple to learn, yet surprisingly deep in its strategic possibilities.

  1. Start Mixed! First, the fun part: randomly distribute all 45 colored rings across the 7 posts. The more jumbled and chaotic you make the starting setup, the tougher and more rewarding the puzzle will be!
  2. One Ring, One Move: During your turn, you can only move a single ring.
  3. Top Ring Only: Only the topmost ring on any post can be moved. You can't dig into a stack to pull out a ring from the middle.
  4. Strategic Placement: A ring can only be placed onto:
    • An empty post. (Your temporary holding spaces!)
    • A post where the very top ring is of the exact same color as the ring you are moving. (This is how you build your sorted stacks!)
    • Crucial Rule: You cannot place a ring of one color on top of a ring of a different color. This is a sorting puzzle, not a mixing one!
  5. Win Condition: The game is won the moment all 5 colors are perfectly sorted, with each color forming a complete stack of 9 rings on its own designated post. Congratulations, Master Sorter!

Design Highlights

This game features a robust base designed to hold generous, large posts that offer stability and a satisfying feel. The taller rings are designed for easy gripping and smooth sliding, making every move tactile and enjoyable. The chosen colors truly "pop" against the base, making your sorted stacks a visually satisfying triumph!

Printing Notes

This model is designed with durable PETG in mind, which offers excellent strength and a smooth finish, perfect for game pieces that get handled often. However, "Order Up!" is engineered to print beautifully in most standard 3D printing filaments, including PLA, ABS, or ASA. Just ensure you have good bed adhesion, especially for the taller post elements!
