Thanks for reaching out!
Here we have a rule not to use a single Ai image. This means every image you see in posts or descriptions are real photos.
Another rule is not to upload designs that are not tested by us first. So what you see is what you will print indeed.

HUGE UPDATE!
********************************************************************************
Due to your feedback i was able to upgraded the design so the toys work even better,
the assembly is even easier and the whole toy be much stronger
here are the changes:
Upgraded wheels:

- bigger and wider wheels.
- No orientation when assembly.
- better grip and faster movement.
- better final finish without fillets for the spokes.
Upgraded character:

- thicker model (0,84mm vs 0,6mm).
- solid white layer between top and bottom colored layers.
- stronger than previous almost unbreakable.
- faster printing cause has fewer color changes
Upgraded clip and axis:

- thicker clip to prevent braking when assembly.
- smoother and longer axis to help movement.
- smoother clip slot to help assembly.
Upgraded weights:

- bigger weights to help better balance.
ASSEMBLY INSTUCTIONS:
place the character on the weight with the axis:

Attach the weight with the holes. pay attention to push it all the way
so no gap is present between the final assembly. This is critical otherwise the wheels may not spin freely:

pass the axis through the first wheel. orientation doesn't matter.
Then pass the character through the axis and finally pass the other wheel:

Finally attach the clip to the axis to hold all them together.
first insert it to the half of the slot and then just slide it until it locks.

Last bust most important step!
HAVE FUN !

troubleshooting not balancing:
pay attention that the weights are printed at 100% infill as my profile!
its strongly recomended to print my profile to avoid faults….
troubleshooting not running:
if you are in this then maybe the fillament or printer needs better calibration.
The wheels must spin freely without any friction for this to work. if you are completely sure that the 2 weights are well pressed together against the character then try to print only the axle little longer. feedback i have is that if you resize 104 % only on Y long axis then the wheels will spin freely.

You can watch the video below to see the assembly of Freddy too!

About the model:
- tried to keep it at max 4 colors so it can be printed with one ams but i couldn't. So this is 6 colors print.
- no supports needed.
- added 2 clips in case one brake.
- designed to be printed on 0.28 layer height.
- a1 mini friendly
designed it in fusion:

i like to deal with engineering designs on everyday objects.
like almost all my designs this is an engineering beauty featuring balancing, running, lock mechanism for the axis.
easy assembly without the need of external components or tools
not even glue.
