Description
The 32inch Bestisan soundbar has a design flaw. The ARC connection on the back of the soundbar requires an HDMI to be plugged in at 90 degrees from the surface. The wall mounting brackets that come with the soundbar do not leave enough space behind the speaker to connect an HDMI. The port inset is too close to the edge of the housing to allow a 90 degree bent HDMI cable. I spent more money than I should have on HDMI cables to try and get this to work.
Eventually, I created this spacer. It goes between the supplied bracket and the wall. It allows for a much larger gap behind the speaker to fit an HDMI cable for ARC connection.
I printed this in PLA with 30% infill.
