From material selection to shaping, it undergoes more than twenty processes: environmentally friendly materials are repeatedly hand-polished to remove burrs, and the brick textures are precisely captured using laser micro-engraving. The artisan carefully adheres the window glass, the iron wire window frames are as smooth as flowing clouds. The figures and vehicles are first 3D printed and then hand-painted by an artist with a 0.5 mm brush tip, each color delicately blended to create lifelike details, even the folds of the clothes. Proportion calibration is maintained throughout the process, from building height to street width; each set of data is manually checked to ensure that the precision isn't just visual, but also tangible in the delicate details.
